Within Toronto’s fine dining industry, Centro remains an icon. In operation since 1986, our owner today, Armando Mano, ascended to that position after starting here as a food runner 21 years ago. The consistency and longevity of Centro’s longstanding management and loyal employees has led to the cultivation of ongoing relationships with our faithful customers and high-profile recognition within the community.
